Our Team

Stacy Hughes is an associate attorney at Levy Baldante Finney & Rubenstein.

Stacy has dedicated her legal career to advocating and fighting for victims and survivors. Stacy frequently represents clients in personal injury and sexual abuse civil litigation, primarily focusing on cases involving childhood sexual trauma. She has extensive trial experience and has successfully litigated thousands of cases throughout her legal career.

Prior to Joining Levy Baldante Finney & Rubenstein, Stacy was a supervising attorney for The City of Philadelphia’s Law Department. She has prior experience as the managing attorney for a  prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firm in their Pittsburgh Office. Stacy previously spent nine and half years as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia. She held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the Trial Division of the District Attorney’s Office. During her time at the District Attorney’s office, she was awarded the Justice Advocate Recognition Award and the Community Safety & Public Dedication Award.  Both awards were presented by victim advocate groups in acknowledgment of Stacy’s service and dedication to the citizens of Philadelphia.

In 2018, Stacy studied peace and conflict resolution at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand during a Rotary Peace Fellowship after being one of 23 individuals selected from a worldwide competition. The Fellowship allowed Stacy the opportunity to learn from individuals from sixteen different countries.  She also had the opportunity to complete a field study in Ache, Indonesia, and Northern Thailand.
