Mark S. Levy is a co-founder of the firm, its most senior shareholder and Chairman of its Personal Injury section. For more than 40 years, his practice has specialized in the litigation of serious personal injuries; with much of his career focused on the medical and legal malpractice field.
Over the years, Mark has achieved numerous million and multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of victims with catastrophic injuries. Recognized as a “lawyer’s lawyer”, Mark accepts referrals from attorneys throughout the country.
He served on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Lawyers Association and taught Advanced Trial Advocacy at Temple University School of Law for ten years. He has actively lectured at seminars concerning various aspects of litigation.
A native Philadelphian, Mark received his B.A. from Temple University. He graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1969, where he was an editor on the Temple Law Review. Mark is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the State of New Jersey; the United States District of Pennsylvania; United States District Court of New Jersey; U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. He has received the designation as a “Certified Civil Trial Attorney” by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
He is a member of the Philadelphia County, Camden County, New Jersey and American Bar Associations; Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
