Mark R. Cohen, Esquire is a personal injury trial lawyer who devotes his law practice to zealously advocating for plaintiff-victims of child sexual abuse in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mark represents victims of child sexual abuse in cases against the various Dioceses of the Catholic Church, other religious institutions, public and private schools, youth groups and centers, and other organizations. Child sexual abuse cases typically revolve around an institutional or systemic failure to protect children from child molesters, and the child molester’s leveraging of his or her position of power and authority to groom and sexually abuse the child. The injuries for these victims and survivors of sexual abuse are profound and Mark is determined to achieve justice for his clients.
In his over 17 years of private law practice, Mark has solely advocated for plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury cases. Mark continues to advocate for plaintiffs in all types of catastrophic personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, pharmaceutical products, and motor vehicle accidents.
