A $12 million award in a complicated highway construction lawsuit and a national benchmark in a product liability claim involving the failure of sports equipment have been among John’s many recent accomplishments. John has advocated successfully for hundreds of NFL football players in the NFL Concussion Litigation and fought tenaciously for hundreds of victims of clergy sexual abuse.
