Gabe’s practice areas include clergy sex abuse, institutional sex abuse, mass torts, and personal injury claims. He is currently representing victims of abuse in all of the Catholic Dioceses in New Jersey, as well as those who suffered abuse at the hands of teachers and staff at schools and other institutions across New Jersey. In Pennsylvania, he is involved in representing those who suffered abuse as juveniles while they were in the care and custody of reform schools. He continues to represent victims injured by the negligence of major pharmaceutical companies, as well as those who suffer catastrophic injuries resulting from the negligence of corporations due to defective products. He also represents those injured in trucking or motor vehicle accidents. This includes a recent confidential settlement against a major shipping corporation on behalf of a client who was permanently disabled when he fell from the back of a trailer.

Before joining the firm, he worked at a mass tort firm where he was on the plaintiff’s leadership committee in Pennsylvania’s coordinated opioid litigation. He was actively involved in representing both municipalities and third-party payors in holding accountable the manufacturers, distributors, and pharmacies that caused the opioid epidemic. In that role, Gabe continues to represent the District Attorney of Clearfield County and has already secured a six-figure settlement for the client in the ongoing litigation.
Gabe previously worked at a major personal injury firm in Philadelphia. Prior to that, he was proud to serve the citizens of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania as an Assistant District Attorney. In all of these roles, he was and is a zealous advocate for victims.

Gabe is originally from Western Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University. He went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Philosophy at Trinity College, Dublin before attending Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he was a Beasley scholar. During his time at Temple, he was a member of the Jessup Moot Court Society and was the Editor-in-Chief of the International & Comparative Law Journal. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, the great outdoors, and homebrewing.
