A 1.9 million dollar verdict was obtained by Levy Baldante shareholder, R. Erick Chizmar in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas against Dreemz Nightclub for continuing to serve the vicitm, Brynn A. Schunemann alcoholic beverages despite being visibly intoxicated.
