$525,269.32 Verdict in Bucks County Medical Malpractice Action
On July 19, 2011, Levy Baldante Shareholder Jack S. Cohen obtained a verdict of $525,269.32 in favor of Bucks County Woman who had a retained laparotomy sponge following a cesarean section which was performed on March 30, 2004. With delay damages the verdict is expected to swell to $737,241.62.
2.8 Million Dollar Verdict in Mercer County Medical Malpractice Case
On May 4, 2011, Levy Baldante Rubenstein Cohen & Chizmar partner, Erick Chizmar obtained a 2.8 million dollar verdict in a medical malpractice action stemming from urethral injury that occurred following kidney stone surgery.
