Mark received his B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Rutgers College, graduating with Highest Honors in 2002. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2005. While at Rutgers Law, Mark was a Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy, and was a Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow. He also was a member of the City of Philadelphia Law Department Summer Program. Mark held a judicial clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court, Cape May County, for the Honorable Joseph C. Visalli, J.S.C., during the 2005-2006 court term. Following his judicial clerkship, Mark joined Levy, Baldante, Finney, Rubenstein, Cohen & Chizmar, P.C. He focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Mark is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
