Mr. Davis joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining Levy Baldante, Mr. Davis worked as a Litigation Associate in two prominent Philadelphia-area firms representing the injured. He has represented families tragically affected by motor vehicle collisions caused by drunk and reckless drivers, premises liability hazards, dangerous train operations and hazardous products. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he has tried cases to verdict in Philadelphia, Burlington, Gloucester and Camden counties.

In 2002, he received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland. Mr. Davis then went on to Rutgers School of Law, receiving his law degree in 2006. During law school, Adam took advanced classes in legal writing and trial advocacy. He gained practical experience by serving as a law clerk in litigation firms in New Jersey and Delaware. Mr. Davis also volunteered at the school’s Domestic Violence Clinic and served as Rutgers School of Law's Representative to the American Bar Association.

Mr. Davis is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations. Mr. Davis is a native of Washington, D.C. and now lives in center city Philadelphia.
